All documents
should be the exact size of the Paper . No borders, margins,cropmarks,
registration marks, or pasteboard items.

All fonts should
be embed .

All image files
should be converted to CMYK,save in PDF
format( with Acrobat 4.0 version ), the Resolution transfer into PDF,
Depend on application, different application

Save in different resolution:

In Quark Express and Pagemaker,
Resolution need 1200 DPI

In Indesign, Illustrator
,Resolution need 600 DPI
-
In Photoshop and Coreldraw,
Resolution need 300 DPI
-
Any pantone (PMS)
or spot color used in a publication file should be converted to process
color (CMYK mode).

received via Internet with window 2000 or window XP :

All files must be saved as PDF format
with flattened ready and fonts embed. 4/C - 100 line screen; B/W - 85
line screen

Newspaper reproduction incurs significant dot gain of
upwards to 25%. For example, a 50% screen will print as 75%. All image
prepared should reflect these numbers.

Please note that it is not possible to accurately match
Pantone Color using CMYK Process on newsprint.

assumes full responsibility for errors or reproduction problems on any
unflattened image
and unembed font .
