LA Web
accept both Macintosh and IBM PC platform media types: 100 MB Zip
diskette; 1GB and 10GB Jaz diskette; CD-ROM
Do not include any unnecessary files you submitted. Provide a printout
of the contents of your digital file, and highlight files to be output. |
Document Setup
|
| |
All the
documents must be built to final trim size, and leave at least 1/4 inch
margin on all four sides of the pages, all bleeds must be extended no
less than 1/4 inch beyond the edge on all four sides. |
Colors
|
| |
For
four-color printing, all color elements must be specified as CMYK
values, Pantone color must be converted to CMYK values. For spot color
printing, Pantone color can be used in document. All images must be
specified as CMYK color, not RGB |
Images
|
| |
All images
must be saved as CMYK color, Black and White images must be saved as
Grayscale. Image PPI (pixel per inch) resolution should be based on a
2:1 ratio according to line screen frequency. |

Fonts
|

All fonts
used must be supplied in a separate folder and labeled as "Fonts", both
postscript fonts and screens must be provided.
All fonts used in EPS file must be converted to outlines. |
Proofing and Hard Copy

Each page of
document must be provided a composite hard copy by customer, it could be
laser or ink jet proof, and hard copy proofs must be an exact
representation of the submitted digital file. |

Transmission

| |
LA Web has
Internet connection over high-speed T1 line and DSL line, and LA Web's
FTP server provides customer easy and fast electronic file transmission.

La Web also accepts email attachments to
camera@chinesedaily.com,
and will not accept attachment files larger than 1.5 MB.
All the electronic wire transfers must be proceed by a phone call
notifying our customer service, and followed by a confirmation call when
transmission is complete. |
